Architecturally, this Nichols-built home is one of the most unique on the block. The first impression is English cottage, with decorative front chimney, arched windows, and offset front entryway. But the typical unbalanced cottage arrangement is absent. Instead the builder centered the chimney and arranged windows and doors in the best traditions of Colonial Revival.
