This 1917 Spanish Colonial Revival home was the first and most expensive home G.A. ‘Doc’ Nichols built in Heritage Hills. From 1907 to the 1930s, dentist turned home builder Gilbert Apple Nichols, built more than 4000 homes in Heritage Hills, Mesta Park, Lincoln Terrace, Crown Heights, Gatewood, Paseo and Nichols Hills.
